Role Overview: As our DevRel Lead, you’ll be the bridge between our protocol and the developer community. Your mission will be to build, support, and empower a vibrant ecosystem of developers, guiding them to leverage our L1 technology to its fullest potential. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to create engaging technical content, host events, and gather feedback that drives our protocol’s evolution.

Responsibilities:

• Community Building: Cultivate and grow our developer community through authentic, inclusive engagement on platforms like Twitter, Discord, Telegram and Github.
• Partnerships: Identify and work with potential partners and other web3 projects to create collaborations that enhance our ecosystem.
• Advocacy: Represent the voice of the developer community to our team, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into our roadmap.
• Content Creation: Develop technical content (blogs, tutorials, videos, demos) that educates and inspires developers to build on our protocol.
• Education & Support: Host workshops, webinars, and office hours to help developers understand and adopt our technology, as well as troubleshoot their issues.
• Event Management: Organize hackathons, conferences, and other developer-focused events to showcase our protocol and attract new developers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or community management within web3 or adjacent fields.
• Familiarity with web3 concepts and practical experience using blockchain ecosystems, applications, and protocols.
